2. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make purchases from this website.

 

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST, unless otherwise stated.

  • For customised products, a 50% deposit is required when placing the order.

  • The remaining balance is due before final customisation (e.g., adding names or dates) and before pick-up or shipping.

  • All custom orders must be paid in full before dispatch or collection.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason and will refund any applicable payments if cancellation occurs from our side.

 

4. Shipping Policy

  • Orders for in-stock products are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping is available within New Zealand via reputable courier services.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email upon dispatch.

  • Sabr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

 

5. Returns & Refunds Policy

For Standard (Non-Custom) Products:

  • You may request a refund within 5 days of receiving the item if:

    • The item is faulty or damaged

    • The product is significantly not as described

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was sent in error or is confirmed faulty.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For Customised Products:

  • No returns or refunds are available on customised or personalised products unless the item is proven to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.

  • Minor variations due to customisation or natural material differences are not considered defects.

Return Process:
